901 Cup Tournament Champs!! 

April 6th-8th @ Mike Rose Soccer Complex, Memphis

The boys competed and battled in 4 hard-fought games.  A convincing win to start the weekend, 3-0, then a tough, tough 1-0 loss to the #1 ranked Mississippi team, followed by Sunday morning’s 1-0 defensive-battle semifinal win.  

The Championship game was a rematch, an opportunity to avenge the lone defeat.  What a game!!  Tied 1-1 at half.  Twice in the second-half down a goal and rallied to tie to force overtime tied at 3.

Overtime was straight to 5 penalty kicks, again finished tied.  On to sudden death PKs. Twice needed a save to avoid defeat, finally took the PK lead, and then the save to seal the Championship!  Great soccer, great drama!!
