We’re excited to share the launch of our Kirkwood United Development Pathway and our newly formalized Tryout & Placement Process—a structured, transparent framework designed to support every player's growth, enjoyment, and success within our club.

At the heart of this initiative is a commitment to:

• Creating clear, age-appropriate tracks that align with each player’s goals and developmental needs
• Ensuring every child has a place to grow, regardless of experience or ability
• Supporting movement and progression as players mature and develop
• Offering a consistent, player-centered evaluation process

Our new system introduces three distinct tracks—White (Foundation), Red (Development), and Black (Performance). Each track is tailored to meet players where they are, and help them advance in an environment that fits both their readiness and passion for the game. Development Track FAQ.

We view this as the beginning of an evolving process. As we move forward, we will continue to refine and improve our approach based on experience and ongoing feedback. This is an important step in our mission to provide the best possible soccer environment for all our players.
