Photo Policy

Media & Communications Release (Applies Upon Registration)

By completing registration with Kirkwood United Soccer Club (“KUSC”), you acknowledge and agree that KUSC may photograph, videotape, and audio-record players and attendees at KUSC activities and events. You grant KUSC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your (or your player’s) image, likeness, voice, name, and submitted materials, and to edit, reproduce, exhibit, publish, and distribute such materials in any media now known or later developed, without additional payment or approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing by KUSC.

Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:

• Publication on KUSC websites and digital platforms
• Use on KUSC social media channels
• Inclusion in KUSC marketing and communications (e.g., emails, flyers, brochures, signage, point-of-sale materials, event/trade-show elements)
• Program, training, and community content; news or promotional coverage related to KUSC

You understand these materials may be shared, as appropriate and necessary, with KUSC partners (e.g., leagues such as SLYSA), media, and sponsors for purposes related to KUSC. All recordings and materials become the property of KUSC. There is no time or geographic limitation on this release.

If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are the parent/legal guardian and provide this consent on the minor’s behalf.

Questions or limited-use requests: Please contact info@kirkwoodunited.com prior to participation. While KUSC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, complete exclusion from all media (e.g., crowd shots) cannot be guaranteed.
